Questions:
Dear Wizard,
Working to setup (2) Alpha 4000 Model 5/300 systems and a
StorageWorks RAID Array 450 with dual controllers. Per
RAID 450 doc, I can configure my controllers for
"multibus-failover, dual-redundancy" if I have (2) SCSI
adapters. And, I do - (1) in each system drawer. Which
leads me to my question - do the SCSI adapters have to
be in the same system. The only graphic example I found
for this config depicts (1) host with (2) SCSI adapters.
I've tested "my" configuration, ie, cable from SCSI
adapter to TriLink connector (2nd TriLink port terminated)
to HSZ50 controller. It seems to be functional, but,
wanted to ensure it is supported before I proceed.
