I do not believe Oracle Rdb makes use of UNIX-format dates, nor do I believe Rdb exceeds the OpenVMS delta-time limit. But please contact the organization that maintains and supports Rdb, Oracle, for the official statement. And please perform the recommended testing procedures, as outlined in the delta-time ECO documentation. |
