I will assume you are looking to update the time on the local time server. Packages to drift the system time to the correct value (on the time server) are available via DECUS. The acquisition of the time can be anything from a few lines of DCL to a small program, depending on the format presented by the time server, and by the interconnect protocol used -- there are various time services around, some available by telephone, and likely some via known web servers. |
