Questions:
I had a query regarding a queue manager problem, answered
in Group 4, no 28: Wrong ACP.
You suggested that I try starting the queue manager with
the /new qualifier to purge the queue database. I tried
this soon after the problem appeared and it has no effect
on the problem.
I note from the VMS 5.5 release notes that if the
COMMERROR message is seen from the queue manager that an
SPR should be submitted.
Should I do this or can you suggest any other fixes?
Mick

I will assume you have applied available relevent queue manager patches.
Please contact the DIGITAL support center directly -- Ask The Wizard is
a stateless communications medium, and is not well suited for resolving
   an apparent software problem.
