Questions:

OpenVMS/AXP V6.2, Archive/Backup SW, TL812 via KZPSA.

- Is there a Polycenter NSR client for OpenVMS?
- Does OpenVMS using SLS & AB support a TL812 run from
an AlphaServer via several KZPSA controllers?

Detail:
I am attempting to architect a Network Backup Solution
for a customer using a Digital AlphaServer 1000A and a
TL812 DLT cartridge library. The customer has OpenVMS/VAX,
OpenVMS/AXP, Windows NT (Alpha & Intel) & RS/6000 clients.
I originally wanted to use Digital UNIX and Polycenter NSR
but could find no support for OpenVMS clients. I then
looked at using OpenVMS and the SLS,Archive Backup
combination. However, it appeared from the Support device
table in the SPD for Archive/Backup that no tape devices
were supported via KZPSA controllers. Am I reading the
table incorrectly or is there any other way to connect a
TL812 to an AlphaServer???
