Interesting. Asking the OpenVMS Wizard an NT and UNIX question...
If starting from scratch:
Select the ARC (NT) console and install NT on one disk.
Select the SRM (UNIX) console and install UNIX on another disk.
In your case,
Select the SRM (UNIX) console and install UNIX on another disk.
