Questions:
now that my auto loan is now paid off? the bank i financed the loan through is now requesting an aditional 1,345.13 as pay off. as insurance premium coverage for the 1990 lebaron chyrsler.for non coverage.i was notified in 1991 of the problem and responde
d to insurance company to contact lien holder of coverage.then again they charged me again in 1992 with out notice.the premiums they charged for no coverage between 9/5/91 thru 9/22/91 were stunning even though i under stand if insurance co. failed to not
ify them. the next period they charged me was 3/24/92 thru 5/20/92 which in the state of florida they suspend you,re license. again i did not recieve any notice nor was my license suspended.trying to retrace my insurance coverage 1 company is out of busin
ess and the other destroyed there records after 5 years,and truly can not remember the other carrier. i have called the insurance recovery dept. and they can,t seem to help much either,as well as the insurace com. office.they charged me 5,428.50 then cred
it me 4,292.17 which left a balance 1,136.43. if they notified me of the problem in 1992 i would not face this today,considering i lost my job of 10 years do to down sizing ummmm.i requested a payment history on the loan which took some time and severyl r
equests.and the insurance premium charges do not exactly match. help!!!!!
