Questions:

When OPCOM sends a message to the terminal and waits
for the operator to respond to these messages, the
OPCOM messages are sent to the terminal every 2 (?)
minutes. How do I change this time to say every 10
minutes?

1555.1No Documented Way To Change IntervalXDELTA::HOFFMANSteve, OpenVMS EngineeringTue Feb 11 1997 12:185
   There is presently no way to change the interval.

   One can potentially use the REPLY/PENDING command to indicate
   that the request is being processed.
