   BACKUP is one such tool, and there are packages and tools to migrate
   files off to off-line storage.  zip and various other tools are also
   available.  See the OpenVMS Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ) for some
   information, and see the Freeware and Internet Product Suite CD-ROMs,
   as well as the licensed-with-OpenVMS-and-seperately-installed POSIX,
   for other tools.
