Questions:
I am developing an online reference guide for Field Systems Engineers about multivendor print systems. My piece is on OpenVMS systems.
The primary audience Field Systems Engineers with user-level OpenVMS skills.
Our goal is to lower the incidence of routine printer support calls being escalated above the frontline by providing information to help support personnel
understand, diagnose, and solve printing problems on multiple operating systems.
So, my question is, do you have a set of commonly
asked questions (and solutions) regarding VMS printing?
I've located How do I connect a PostScript printer via TCP/IP? which is exactly what I need.
