Questions:
System: DEC 2100-4/200 running:
OpenVMS 6.1, X.25, DECnetOSI
Question 1:
The system has a X.25 line (DNSES). After update link
speed from 9600 bps to 64Kb (line used by X.25), when
I make a connection to any host (including itself)
using X.29, the caracter didn't flow correctly.
I need to press some key to get lines on console.
CSC told me that had a problem with X.25-1.0A software
and was done a upgrade to X.25-1.0C, but the problem
continue. I must to change anything more in .NCL files
beyond speed line? Only this parameter was changed.
Question 2:
Reporting this problem to CSC, they sent me a new version
X.25-1.0D, but now I can't update the software because
always I try this I receive the message: access-violation
when I command PRODUCT INSTALL and the procedure exits.
How I can fix this?

Solve question 2 first.

:always I try this I receive the message: access-violation
:when I command PRODUCT INSTALL and the procedure exits.
Contact CSC for assistance, it appears you may need an updated version
of PCSI, or assistance in repairing a PCSI database corruption.
