Questions:
My copy of MS Works that was pre-installed in my computer
does not run properly. How do I fix my problem? I have spoke
to several representitives from the telephone support network and
have found no results. I have even re-loaded my copy of MS Works
from the restore-it disk. I have also even restored my copy of
Windows 95 to try to fix the problem. Anytime I try to open
a preformated spreadsheet I get a fatal error message. Here is
part of the message: "MS Works caused an exception in 10H module
MS Works.EXE at 013f:004420ee." Can you please help me to restore
my program that was installed by Digital?

I am unaware of a version of Microsoft Works that operates on OpenVMS.
You have reached the OpenVMS wizard -- this appears to be a bug in
   Microsoft software.
Please contact Microsoft for assistance -- have the Microsoft product
license information ready when you call.
