Disk corrupted. SYSTEM-F-PARITY error

One of my user disks (SCSI) can no longer be mounted.
It comes back with a SYSTEM-F-PARITY error.
Attemps to backup the data have failed.
Neither BACKUP/IMAGE nor BACKUP/PHYSICAL work.
BACKUP/PHYSICAL reports a lot of bad blocks and Parity
errors.

Any chance of recovering any data that may be still OK 
on this disk? How?
