Questions:
On OpenVMS 6.1 for Alpha, using C-compiler version 4.0,
when attempting to compile certain source files for our
software product, the following two lines appear:
%DEBUGBOOT-W-EXQUOTA, process quota exceeded
%LIB-F-INSVIRMEM, insufficient virtual memory
These messages do not appear for the majority of the files
needed to build our software; just a handful of files are
affected by this. All of these files compile successfully
on OSF/3.2, on the exact hardware (which we have set to do
dual boot). The workstation has 64M of physical memory.
Any suggestions for setting system parameters to increase
quota would be appreciated.

DEC C V4.0 is very old -- please upgrade to a V5.x vintage -- V5.5 is
the current release.
