Questions: 

What is the easy way to replace DECnet routing node VAX
with ALPHA, and the ALPHA node address remains the same
with VAX? of course now VAX change into another node 
address.

   There is no host-based routing available under OpenVMS Alpha DECnet.
   As for replacing the node, use NETCONFIG.
