In VC++ we make a call to HlinkSimpleNavigateToString(). On Intel VC++ 4.2b,
this is defined in urlmon.lib and urlmon.dll as installed by the latest
Microsoft ActiveX redistribution executable "axdist.exe" from the page below.
(http://www.microsoft.com/msdownload/sbndownload/sbnaxsdk/00000.htm):
On Alpha, quickview on urlmon.dll shows this symbol as being exported
but dumpbin /symbols on urlmon.lib shows no such symbol.
Let me guess, we don't support this in 4.2, correct?
