Is help for how to use InstallShield with our FT kit available in the
kit? When I did a Find, it found one book, but it didn't seem to be in
the manual set that comes with the FT kit.

    Thanks!

Please post field test questions in decwet::visual_ft.

InstallShield is a separate product (and company) from Visual C++
Minimal support is given for InstallShield because it is given away
free. You can purchase a full InstallShield development kit with full
help and support. See their web site (www.installshield.com, I think)

Thanks. I copied the latest kit from the Web site; it comes with an
installation that works (the one included with the VC++ V4.2 Alpha beta
does not), and very good documentation. I'm merrily coding.

    Thanks!

I'm not surprised. We're not even sure we'll get a good version from
InstallShield in time for 5.0 :-(
