BASE REP INSTRUCTIONS: Customer are encouraged to migrate to LatticeSoft, Inc
at this time. However, Digital customers with existing service contracts will
receive support in accordance to the terms of their contract up to but not
beyond, 01-FEB-1998. Warranty customers will receive support throughout their
initial warranty agreement. LatticeSoft will deliver the service to you,
under Digital's terms and conditions.
Dear Software Product Services Customers,
In January, 1997, Digital Equipment Corporation licensed DECathena and
Digital Authentication Software products to LatticeSoft, Inc. LatticeSoft
will assume the rights to develop these products, as well as the
responsibility to provide service to existing Digital service customers.
The products involved are:

Customers are encouraged to migrate to LatticeSoft, Inc. at this time. However,
customers who choose not to transition at this point will receive remedial
support from LatticeSoft in accordance to the terms of their Digital contract,
up to but not beyond, 01-February-1998. Warranty customers will receive
support throughout their initial warranty agreement.
