	50AD Princ. SW Engineer  at the Littleton, MA facility in the 
        Distributed Computing Environment (DCE) Engineering group.
    
Job Description/Responsibilities (work to be done/unique features of this       
  position):                                                                    

DCE is a set of middleware tools and libraries for building and deploying
production client-server applications across heterogeneous systems.  We
are looking for a Prin. SW Engineer to take a project leadership position
on our DCE for UNIX development team. The project leader will be
responsible for project planning and tracking, coordinating component
integration within the group, providing technical assistance, coordinating
with other groups such as the Unix Operating System group, documentation
and test. Will work with technical lead to provide technical direction.
                                                                                

Experience and/or Educational Requirements (minimum qualifications):            
                                                                                
C or C++ coding, UNIX coding, BSCS/MSCS or equivalent.  Quick learner,
history of on-time product delivery. Experince with operating system
internals or middleware development. Project learedship experience.
Willing to compromise on some requirements for strong experience in
others.
