Selected Achievements
* Developed C++ status handler object which deciphers print engine conditions
and reports them to other system objects.
* Assisted in the architecture development of our configuration management
software. Consulted other software engineers in the use of our configuration
management tool, ClearCase.
* Developed a Visual Basic model to calculate the cost of maintenance service
contracts. The model also provided reliability estimates for mechanical and
electrical components.
* Managed groups of up to eight engineers and technicians, completed performance
reviews, and supervised/documented engineering and customer service team
meetings.
* Controlled a $1M annual budget and supervised the development of commodity
products, resulting in $30M annual revenue.
