    JOB/PERSON SPECIFICATION
    
        Education/Experience (max 8 lines):
    
        Minimum 5 years working in a large systems environment. Experience
    of 
        leading technical teams. Experience of working on customer sites.    
        MCSE preferred.
        
        Job Description (max 8 lines):
        
        This is an in depth technical role, leading a team of Support
    Specialists
        covering 7x24 in a high profile, volatile Customer environment in
    London.
    The successful candidate will have a credible presence, with the
    ability to
        communicate at all levels within the Customer organisation, and
    conduct 
        presentations. You should understand how large corporations deploy
    technolo*
        and have a very high level of competence in a multi NT server
    environment 
        and complex LAN environment. This is an opportunity to get in at
    the beginn*
        of a new and grwoing piece of business. 
    
        Specific Requirements (max 8 lines):
    
        Windows NT, LAN technologies (bridges, routers, hubs and switches),
        Microsoft backoffice and Internet product sets, Server management
    tools

        Experience of working in a multi-server NT environment.
        
        Job Description (max 8 lines):
        
        This role is part of a team of Support Specialists providing 7x24
    technical
        support to a high profile Customer based in London. The successful
    candidate
        will be flexible by nature, and have gained experience working in a
    multi
        NT server environment. You will demonstrate knowledge of PC and
    server hard*
        environment, and be able to configure and install components for PC
    and NT
        server based systems. This is an opportunity to get in at the
    beginning of
        a new and growing piece of business.
        
        Specific Requirements (max 8 lines):
    Good understanding of PC and server hardware. Understanding of network
        interconnect technologies (TCP/IP, LAN/WAN). Windows NT.
