    Multivendor Systems Engineering Problem Management is looking for a top
    notch Senior or Principal System/Software Engineer who would like to
    work in a challenging and energetic environment performing systems
    and/or networks problem escalation screening and more!  MSE receives,
    analyzes, addresses, and problem manages customer problems that are
    complex in nature, are interoperability issues, or are politically hot. 
    We need a case manager to screen and problem manage issues escalated to
    MSE and help determine the technical problem source. 
    
    In addition to good technical and problem solving skills, strong
    communication and negotiating skills are a must have.  We receive
    customer problems spanning all global cultures and work with every
    engineering and field service organization in the Corporation (as well
    as with third party vendors.) 
    
    Often the problems we are working involve Digitals largest customer
    accounts.  With this in mind, you should enjoy being busy and thrive on
    juggling many tasks at one time in a well established team environment. 
    This is a great job for someone who has strong (broad product
    technical) engineering and management skills.
