We are looking for a software engineer with experience developing in a
Windows NT/Windows95 environment, preferably with some UNIX background as well.
Other relevant skills and interests include Visual C++, OLE/COM, GUIs with MFC,
object-oriented mentality, good design and coding skills, fast learner, good
interpersonal skills, interest in new/emerging technologies such as ActiveX.
Our group develops tools for software developers to help leverage sales of
Alpha and Digital UNIX. We are building tools which run from Windows NT/95
(integrated with Microsoft Developers Studio) to facilitate the development of
applications targeted for Digital UNIX and remote NT Server platforms. These
tools currently include a Remote Builder, a middleware Monitor (for DCOM
initially) and a Distributed Debugger.
This is an exciting area to work in if you enjoy being on the leading edge of
new technologies from Microsoft.
We seek candidates who are Principal or Senior Software Engineers, but will
also consider strong SE IIs.
Please send your resume (text format preferred) to Antony Booth, TLE::BOOTH.
