	We have an approved req for a project leadership position within
	the OpenVMS Release Management/Development Environment Group.
	We have mentors available to support you in this role, and will
	do everything in our power to help you succeed.  You would begin
	by project leading a limited hardware release of OpenVMS for Alpha.
	This role provides leadership experience, exposure to the operating
	system on which Bill Gates learned, coordination across multiple
	groups, and technical challenges.  From there, the sky's the limit.  
	Our group provides leadership and project management for the entire 
	OpenVMS development group.  There is room for growth and support 
	to help you get where you want to go.

	Some skills that will help in this role:

		-  project leadership ability
		-  strong communication skills
		-  interpersonal skills 
		-  ability to learn quickly 
		-  problem-solving skills
		-  technical knowledge of OpenVMS helpful

	We are looking for a strong Senior Software Engineer, Principal
	Software Engineer, or someone with equivalent experience.
