PRINCIPLE ENGINEER
The NT Affinity Tactical Security project team is looking for a technically
strong individual to play an important role within a team of highly motivated
SW engineers. This project offers very interesting and challenging work in
areas such as, OpenVMS/Windows NT Security models inter-operating seamlessly
within a distributed multi-domain environment, OpenVMS/Windows NT User Profile
Impersonation design and development, and OpenVMS/Windows NT Security API
design and development.
In this position, you can expect to gain experience in the following areas:
o Hands-on Windows NT experience
o Port Windows NT source code to OpenVMS
o Design and develop Windows NT/OpenVMS API's on OpenVMS,
o Design and develop new security system services on OpenVMS,
o Per-Thread Security Profile Impersonation,
o PATHWORKS Lan Manager,
o Windows NT Internals,
o Windows NT & OpenVMS Security models,
o Heads-up on what's coming in Windows NT 5.0

Experience Required (minimum qualifications):
3-5 years systems programming experience, C programming experience desirable,
OpenVMS & Windows NT Internals/Security experience/knowledge a plus, MACRO/BLISS
a plus.

SENIOR/PRINCIPLE ENGINEER
The OpenVMS Security Expertise Center is looking for a motivated individual
with a strong desire to learn more about OpenVMS Security. This position will
focus on the QAR/SPR/CLD maintenance within the security area. Help reduce the
backlog and implement innovative ideas to reduce the overall maintenance cost.
Security is implemented across all of OpenVMS and each day presents a new challenge
in a different area of the system.
In this position, you can expect to gain experience in the following areas:
o Audit Server, Auditing Sub-System,
o LOGINOUT, AUTHORIZE, Password Management,
o Security Server, Memory Management,
o Object Management Support, ACL's, Use of Privileges,
o Privileged Code, Encryption,
o Security within the File System,
o DECnet, TCP/IP,
o OpenVMS Security Model,
o Discretionary Access Controls,
o Customer interaction
This position will help build a strong knowledge base for future new design and
development in the area of Security.

Experience Required (minimum qualifications):
3 yrs programming experience, BLISS, MACRO, ADA, C and Kernel programming
experience desirable, OpenVMS Internals/Security experience/knowledge a plus.
Previous background in maintenance is a big plus, but not required.
