Hello, One of our customers has the following problem with Linkworks v3.0.8 on Windows/NT platform. When they want to insert a Excel-macro into a spreadsheet and they want to close it they get the following error "Unable to write to disk". When they click on the OK-button and do a "Save Spreadsheet Y/N" , it seems to be saved. But when they Open the Spreadsheet again with EXcel they get the message "File Format is not valid" and under Linkworks they get message "It is not possible to start EXcel <filename>" Error 0. Any ideas? Thanks, Regards, Luc.

This problem is introduced in FT version 3.0.8pE by the implementation of: - OLE2 documents are not written incrementally anymore (the complete document is saved each time iso of the changes). This saves disk space on the server. We will make a new version available on short notice. Henk Tijmensen European LinkWorks Expertise Center | |||||
