A customer has received the following error during an historical cell creation:


Please choose whether this is an installation or an upgrade:

   1  Install a new cell.
   2  Remove a local cell.
   3  Upgrade all local cell installations.
   4  Install a historical cell.
   q  Quit.

   Database name = celldb

   Logsize size = 5M
