| Alexey,
I guess you made a misstake with the passwords, the webworker will not
change any passwords, it will only add users: www and webuser.
If you enable omdba as the user you will create an oslogin for this
user! so you'll have to use the os password to login.
if it does not work maybe you should set the os passwors for omdba
by using the unix passwd command.

| Han,
That is actually what I've tried: first I tried to login using UNIX password,
than I change it using passwd command and made it equal to LNX one. Does not
work.
Despite all above (and for instance changing UNIX password with passwd to smth.
else) I am still able to login through WebWorker using old password.
Alexey.

Does following work:
On the unix login prompt : login as 'omdba' with the correct password?

2225.5 | Looks like it's OS Login problem | MOSDM::AORLOV | Alexey ORLOV - Radio Free Moscow | Mon May 19 1997 08:52 | 7 |
| It seems like I found the root of the problem. I am not able to login as omdba
after I insert its OS login in Administration manager and commit changes. It is
true for omdba only. I tried a couple of other users - everything's OK. Password
for omdba in LNX and in UNIX are identical.
Any ideas what this might be?
Alexey.
