| game was actually a 6:00 p.m. start, but got to watch
the Rangers and the Fliers on ESPN, then the B's at 6...
Lots of hockey, good for a saturday afternoon!
Any-hows... B's played a decent game, Bourque finally
breaks Chiefs record, now everyone can shutup about it.
Thought it was nice of the Tampa Bay annoucer, when he
announced that Bourque had bested the record and all..
But, good team D by the B's, Tallas gets a well deserved
Shutout.. He's had a few games already where the B's
have sagged in the final minutes and gave one up,
eliminating Tallas' shutout, but not last night..
Bruins still very inconsistent, as it stands right now,
they'll have to go some to get a playoff spot, but as with
any season, there's still alot of games left, If Boston
can get their poop in da group, they should at least
grab a seat for the post season. Without Ranford 100%
and the Bruins play at the top of their game, it's really
only acedemic anyway,,,
Well, we'll see what happens tonight, Rangers played a good
one against Philly yesterday, and beat em 4 to 2 despite
being out shot, and out played. Richter was unconcious though..
Have a great sunday kids...

| ....I also thought Ron Tallas played a helluva game!
For a kid who, at the beginning of the season, was relegated
to playing backup in Providence, to filling in for Ranford
(hello, Bill?? Are you still alive???)...JEEZ! I even saw him
last fall in Fitchburg, playing a pre-season game against the
Ice Cats! Da Kid's doing just fine....
...and Hats-Off to Capt. Raymond! In a season marred by inconsistency,
this ride Ray's been on has *almost* made this season bear-able....
(no pun intended)....
