    Is there anything special that needs to be done to get the Port
    Replicator with NIC card for the new HiNote VP 575 to work?
    
    When I connect the VP to the port replicator and power it up it
    autodetects the network interface card and appears to load the driver
    software.  
    
    However, when this process is complete I get an error message stating
    that the network interface is not functioning properly.
    
    Is updated software needed?  If so, from where?
