We have two VP500s in our group exhibiting the same symptoms and I was
wondering if there is a known problem. There are shadows running from left to
right on the display and the colors are severely distorted as well. 

Has anyone seen this? Is there anything we can try before shipping them off?

	We also have two VP575's that developed the same symptoms. Seems suspicious...
