Hi all,
Does anyone has experience with the Hinote VP 550 (Babybox II) in
combination with a Xircom CE3 10/100 PCMCIA Ethernet adapter. a
Customer has 60 of these combinations and all off them hang at shutdown
from Windows 95. He uses version 1.30 of the Xircom CE3 drivers, which
were downloaded at Xircom's from Internet. This problem does not occur
when he uses a Etherlink III card, nor does it with the CE3 in a Hinote
VP 520. It seems to be a problem with this card/drivers and the new
32-bits PCMCIA-bus in the Hinote VP 550. It looks like the cards
resources are not released at shutdown. Other features as Power
Management or network type are not relevant.
