Please Shutdown ALL-IN-1 before installing TLC V2.1.
I've installed TLC V2.1 on our CSC Cluster here in Vienna and trapped
into the fall.
In the Release_notes the following paragraph should be included:
But I think it's too late now.

3.3 Preparing to Install a Patch Kit
1. Make sure that there are no active users on the system.
Ask users who are currently using the system to log
out.
2. Stop the formatter queue. To do this, enter the
following DCL command from the System Manager's
account:
$ STOP/QUEUE/RESET OA$FORMATTER
3. Stop the ALL-IN-1 Sender batch job using the Abort
Sender (AS) option on the Manage Mail (MGT MM) menu.
4. Stop the ALL-IN-1 Fetcher batch job using the Abort
Fetcher (AF) option on the Manage Mail (MGT MM) menu.
5. Shut down ALL-IN-1 using the Shutdown ALL-IN-1 (SDA)
option on the ALL-IN-1 Administration menu (ADM) of the
Management subsystem. You are prompted for a date and
time to shut down ALL-IN-1, and for a reason for the
shutdown. See the ALL-IN-1 Management Guide for more
details.

It is absolutely essential to shut down ALL-IN-1
for the installation of this patch, unless you are
installing the CART datafile only.
