    ALL-IN-1 v2.4 unpatched,
    FCR v4.1-006, VMS 5.5-2
    
    Is this the place to ask about ASSET ? 
    Anyway, customer using FCR v4.1-006 is faced with the problem that
    after every FCR run, most users with lots of messages in WASTEBASET and
    hadn't EW would be placed in the OVERQUOTA form until a RC is performed.
    
    RC would subtract the number of messages in WASTEBASKET and update the
    DOCCCOUNT in PROFIL. 
    
    Would like to know if that's the way FCR work ? CDQ doesn't includes
    messages in the WASTEBASKET, should FCR include them ? Is there a
    workaround ? How about the version of FCR for ALL-IN-1 v3.0 ?

    Unfortunately, this is not the correct place. In Europe ASSETs are
    supported through a notesfile CLARID::EOASSETS. I don't know where you
    would get support.
    
    There have also been previous discussions about FCR in this conference,
    you may wish to look for them.
    
    Also, I think you are talking about Mail Janitor, since the FCR only
    reports on File Cabinets as its name suggests.

    I think that quota is part of the standard kit.  Unlike with RMS
    quotas, it doesn't get updated until you request it.  That's why you
    have the RC option.  So you need to run something to check quotas after
    the janitor runs.  I think that is SDC, but I'm not sure.

    Customer doesn't have SDC. They do have MJU but for the past 2 months,
    only *ONE* housekeeping job, FCR has been schedduled to run every month
    end. (This has been done purposely to isolate the problem)
    
    Anyway, thanks for pointing me to the right conference. I'll post a

        For people who are interested, the following is what i've received
    	from EOASSETS conference.
    
    	 "FCR does count documents and does update the DOCCOUNT field in
    	  profile. It takes a total count and includes documents in the 
    	  wastebasket."
