The Digital phone book has most of this information. That is where I
would start. If you want it for a customer, then that information
would be inaccurate as well as confidential, but you might be able to
use it as a starting point. X.400 is the most complex, and you have to
be registered to use it, even if you know how. That information is
available on VTX X400. Is this what you want?

Also, the addressing formats aren't specifically for ALL-IN-1. What goes in the
address is defined by Message Router and the gateway to which you are addressing.

From ALL-IN-1's point of view, all the different gateway addresses are just
"remote" addresses which ALL-IN-1 gives to Message Router with no further
processing.
