Hello and Greetings, Customer running ALL-IN-1 V3.0A User did II, READ a msg, canceled the read (ie EXIT), then from index attempted to refile the msg to another drawer (his own, advanced shared) Error msg %OAFC-E-THREADACCVIO, An FCS thread access violated, please submit an SPR Message: FCS has access violated, please submit an SPR. Gold W expansion %OAFC-E-RMSERROR RMS error has occurred refer to extended status for RMS error code %OAFC-I-MLT error operation failed The FCS log contained no further information. Another attempt succeeded.... and the customer has been unable to reproduce the problem since. Similar problems seem to have been reported before, but without a definitive statement of probable cause. The customer is a bit concerned, hence this inquiry as to "what does it all mean?". Thanks & regards, Chele

Hello again, The customer reported that the problem occurred again last week. Once the "thread access violated, please submit an SPR Message: FCS has access violated, please submit an SPR." message appears in the log, ALL future drawer re-files fail with the destination drawer locked. The only way the customer could get things functional again was to stop & restart the FCS. Thanks & regards, Chele |
