	You can probably delete it, but you should read the documents in it first. It holds documents that the TRM housekeeping utility found in the mail shared areas, but they weren't pointed to fomr any DOCDBs. So they might have useful information in them, but they won't have titles, authors, etc. You just have to look at them and guess who they might belong to. Or just delete them...
