Hi,
I am at my customer's place trying to update their ios 3.0-1 system to
3.0-A system so that I could install the TLC020 for their TeamLinks
evaluation.
However, I've encounterered some problem after the update....
The installation of the MUPA030 went fine ( I supposed ) as there is no
error messages. BTW, My customer has British as the base language
instead of US.
What I did was:
- I did not run CARTS for this update (as they don't have much
customisation and I thought it might be safe)
- Install A1_MUPA030 and put in US as well as BR code for the update?
- Run the post installation procedure in section 3. the sequence is as
follow:
o $ set def oa$build_llv
o $@oa$build_share:a1_mupa030_relink
(no error msg)
I did not copy any files to any directories
o Then I use 5.2 to recompile the .TXl
While selecting CSZ....
Error msg appears You profile is being edited, please see your
ALl-In-1 manager
o But I still proceed to 5.3 to perform
$@oa$build_share:a1_mupa-3-_precomp_flb.com
(no error msg)
o but can't do recompiling application form libraries 5.4 the same
error msg as 5.2
o 5.5 $@oa$build_share:a1_mupa030_post_install.com was fine, no
error msg
One thing I notice that my customer ALL-In-1 manager account has no
access to APP but all other flag has been granted. Can this be the
cause of the problem. As CSZ needs users with APP priviliges (am I right?)
I can't get to the create option of EM, the form USERAGENT is not found
error msg appears.
Not much clues, as the last time I did for one customer on their
production with no problem.....

| York,
USERAGENT not in Library means you have OA$DDS_PRIME set but don't
have DDS linked in. USERAGENT unknown is decribed fully in
the V3.0 MAil Management GUide.
Making the Manager account an application manager. PRVAPP = M
should have happened when V3.0 was installed. V3.0A doesn't
do anything here.
Neither of these are related to the V3.0A upgrade,
