SERVICE DESCRIPTION
The ALL-IN-1 Customized Services team delivers services in the Office
Applications products space that are outside the boundaries of the
standard SPS service offerings. These services include:
1. OA Installations & Upgrade Services

==> Mailbus products (X400 & X500)
installation/upgrade/configuration along with application
tuning on upgrade services,
==> Teamlinks installation and customizations,
==> OA ASSETS installation and configuration services.
2. ALL-IN-1 System Merge Services
Whether your customer is consolidating multiple ALL-IN-1 sites
or migrating to ALL-IN-1 for Open VMS Alpha we provide hassle
free system merge services.
3. Application Tuning Services
Do your customers complain about system performance despite
the fact that they just upgraded hardware/software? If so,
let our ALL-IN-1 and Message Router application tuning experts
tune your customers' applications for peak performance.
4. TeamLinks Migration Services
From pilot to full implementation we can help your ALL-IN-1
IOS customers achieve a painless migration to TeamLinks.
5. ALL-IN-1 Customization Services
Whether your customers needs are minor modifications or
functional additions, we can provide you with the expertise
for customizing ALL-IN-1 IOS.
6. ALL-IN-1 & MAILBUS System Management Training
We provide on-site management training that fit your customers
needs and environments.
7. OA ASSETS Packages Support
We provide "per event" services including installations,
configuration as well as post warranty support for OA ASSETS
packages.
AVAILABILITY
The above services are available immediately. "Per event"
services are available on demand during business hours.
All other services may be delivered after hours as well as
weekends/holidays.

Nothing stopped us a couple of months ago from delivering services to a multi-national
in three cities and two continents. One of the cities was in your backyard :^)
