A customer running ALL-IN-1 V3.0-1 yestreday created a new user. The user creation was successful (at least the log file did not indicate any errors). When the user attempted to login to ALL-IN-1 she received the MAIN menu, however she was not able to access her file cabinet. She received the following error oa-w-cab_dwrlocked. I told them to stop/id to the process which held the lock and restart ALL-IN-1. This of course worked. I would like to know if anyone has an explanation of what occurred in this case. Thanks, Cb.

Graham, > -< The obvious question: What was the process you stopped? >- > It was the File cabinet server process node$srv73 (in the specific case PROD$srv73 - node name is PROD). Thanks, Cb. | |||||

I would really appreciate it if someone could give any idea what might have cuased the node$srv73 process to lock the newly created user's file cabinet. Thanks, Cb. |
