| To provide more information. When I use the /TEMPLATE qualifier with
a WordPerfect template, I find the all the WordPerfect attributes
originally in the WordPerfect template has lost and those
annoying control codes come after a plain text version of the template
in the mail.

| The answer to the first question is that ALL-IN-1 assumes that you're
going to use MAIL TEXT '...' operations to add some text, so it sets up
initial rulers or whatever to allow this to work.
I'm not sure what would cause your second problem - it sounds as though
the WordPerfect template is being read throuogh the text dataset
mechanism and converted to ASCII.

4132.3 | how to get rid of them | CROCKE::YUEN | Banquo Yuen, Darwin Australia | Thu May 05 1994 09:57 | 9 |
| Can I get rid of those control codes?
What I have done is to invoke a command file which invoke
wordperfect to edit the file with a macro to clear everything
in the file. But I just want to know if there is a nicer way to
do it.
Thanks
