    I am having trouble with a couple of my Lotus Forms Libraries, they
    don't seem to Precompile with the PCF option.
    
    I had someone at the CSC successfully compile them outside of ALL-IN-1
    using:
    
    $ALLIN1/NOINIT
    ...
    
    However, I didn't write down what the  commands actually were.
    Can someone please tell me how to compile a form library outside of 
    ALL-IN-1.
