Hello, If you format an ALL-IN-1/WPS-PLUS document to PS, it is not possible to print it on printer with PostScript II, DEClaser 1152 for example. Message is : %DCPS-W-RANGECHK, rangecheck: Argument out of bounds - offending command is setpapertray if you print the letter "a". On DEClaser 2250 the same "text" is OK. Had you done the test ? My customer who know PostScript and had deteted the problem seems to say it comes from a bad translation, because in output file PostScript the ARRAY TcsEncoding would not be correctly initialized. The command /TcsEncoding 256 array def should be follow by 0 1 255 { TcsEncoding exch /.notdef put } for What do you think about it ? Where and how modify ? Thanks Sylvie.

Hi, Doesn't the 1100 have just 1 print tray ? The SETPAPERTRAY command is probably selecting a non-existent tray. I think it may have them the wrong way round like the 2250 which has it's own tables to cope - have you tried A4PS2250 or PS_2250.PRA ? Or try different trays in the pagination settings, e.g. FRONT, REAR or NOTRAY. HTH, Clive |
