A customer has had a problem recompiling the CMTXL. They get the error message; "Unexpected quota problem returned. Please inform your ALL-IN-1 Manager" I have stuck tracing on and can reproduce the error (on the customers system). The problem seems to be that the DISKQUOTA$ dataset returns a status of 62 - which according to the APR means "Device was not found on this system". This is a bit bizzare as the device in question is SYS$SYSDEVICE:! This is a demo machine (the customer is from our local Wordperverse office) - all of the ALL-IN-1 directories are on the same disk (SYS$SYSDEVICE) - and disk quotas are not enabled on this disk anyway (so I would have expected a status of 52). I can recompile the CMTXL okay using the OA$TXL_xxx commands. Any ideas? Here's the relevant bit of the trace... ![SCRIPT] CM_CHECKQUOTA Line 15: GET #CM_DISKQUOTA_KEY = #CM_DEVICE " " #CM_VMSU ! andy, is SYS$SYSDEVICE defined concealed, terminal? does the account doing the compiling (MANAGER) have the OA$MANAPP identifier. I don't believe that's it because you probably wouldn't be able to compile the A1TXL but it might provoke an expert into replying. Regards, Andrew.D.Wicks |
