I have a user that just converted a Powerpoint version 3.0 document to a postscript file. She now wants to attach this to an ALL-IN-1 document to send out electronically to others and have it print without doing anything to the document, since one of the attachments will be postscript. Is this possible ? I have tried it myself and the .ps file (attachment) does not print, or it does not do the convert. Please let me know if there is any easy way around this without having to send them as tow separate documents. Thank you in advance, Elaine Viau CNS Desktop Solutions Group

You should do the following: 1. Use DT RVC to bring the PostScript file into the the ALL-IN-1 file cabinet, which will set the document's data type as PS so that ALL-IN-1 knows to handle it a PostScript. 2. Attach the document created by step 1 to your mail message. Richard |
