Hi After upgrading a multi lingual ALL-IN-1 I recognized that the history file has wrong language entries. We have installed GERMAN as primary and ENGLISH as secondary language. So we have 3 CM$SITEHIST: OA$SITE_DEV_SHARE:CM$SITEHIST.DAT OA$SITE_DEV_GERMAN:CM$SITEHIST.DAT OA$SITE_DEV_ENGLISH:CM$SITEHIST.DAT As I saw that our counters in CM$SITELOG were wrong I also saw these obsolete elements. I think the upgrade only copied the old OA$DATA:CM_SITEHIST.DAT to the various development areas. Another question: Why does ALL-IN-1 not offer a housekeeping for deleting obsolete history entries. I think everybody would help it to keep a clean system. C-ya Ursi

Ursi, I'm not sure what you think the problem is. CM$SITEHIST lives in the OA$SITE_DEV_xxxx and OA$SITE_DEV_REC_xxxx directories of each application area. CM$SITELOG will always contain the current status of each element customised. Yours confused, Andrew.D.Wicks |
