ALL-IN-1 3.0-1 a user has reported this *strange* happening. she had a message in her current item box, entered D (to delete it), answered Y to the prompt. then ALL her messages from ALL folders to the wastebasket. messages kept flashing on line 24 that her mail was being placed in the wastebasket. the user only has 1 drawer. she swears she was just on the EM menu and not on an index form. the delete code on EMC has not been modified. has anyone seen this before - i'm leaning toward user error - or are my users "fooling me" ? Ann

Well, on April 1st anything can happen :-) | |||||

A common complaint here is that D is next to F, so a user typing D could actually type DF . . . even on 1 April. g |
