    Hi:
    
    I need help in resolving a customer problem.
    I read most of the notes on the subject, there were number of
    people having the same problem but no clear solution.
    
    The problem is a DEC 1152 printer coonected to a VT 320 
    connected over  a modem to ALL-IN-1 version 3.0 does not print 
    anything using the PORT and PS selections. 
    
    It flashes between PS processing and Wait , finally waits for some time
    and goes to PA READY/IDLE.
    
    The exact scenario, works if I use our ALL-IN-1 on UNYEM using a modem
    etc.
    
    I tried many PORT devices and PORT formats. Ieven loooked in to the
    PS documents, which looks exacly similar on both machines. To me it
    looks the customer All-in-1 upgrade to 3.0 was not perfect when it
    deals with PORT & PS. Any thoughts. 
    
    Please help me understand what is wrong. I need to sell 500 of these
    printers.

Turn on tracing when you do a print to PORT with a PS printer type and 
post a pointer to the log file, which I will look at to see if I can see 
anything wrong.
