	Hi. 

	I have a customer who uses ALL-IN-1 V3.0 on Multi Language .

	He executed House Keeping "RSD" . 
	Then OA$SCRIPT_ENGLISH queue was stopped .  "RSD" was completed.
	
	So I also executed RSD , OA$SCRIPT_ENGLISH queue was stopped ,
	not started .
		
	Why is OA$SCRIPT_ENGLISH stopped ?

	Would anyone liked to help me ?

    rsd is one of many housekeeping procedured that needs to have ALL-IN-1
    shutdown... surely when RSD finished running everything started up 
    again
    
    I'm sorry but i'm confused as to what error you/your customer is

	But RSD didn't shutdown ALL-IN-1 in my system .

	In ALL-IN-1 ,

	  <get SM_UTILITY_MASTER.SM_UTIL_SHUTDOWN["RSD"]

	displayed , "0" . 

	"0" means that ALL-IN-1 isn't shut down by RSD ,is it ?
	( After I installed ALL-IN-1 , I never changed this datafile .)	
	..

	Then I changed SM_UTILITY_MASTER.SM_UTIL_SHUTDOWN["RSD"] "1" ,
	RSD have oa$script_english stop and start .

    In previous reply , I said the value of 
    SM_UTILITY_MASTER.SM_UTIL_SHUTDOWN["RSD"] is "0" in my ALL-IN-1 system.
    ( ALL-IN-1/Japanse V3.0 )

    And I inquired into ALL_IN_1/British kit , I found 
    SM_UTILITY_MASTER.SM_UTIL_SHUTDOWN["RSD"] is "0" in the kit .

    I think it is correct the value is "1" ....

    I, too was puzzled by this one. I'd always thought RSD shuts down 
    ALL-IN-1, but actually it doesn't. Smjacket.scp checks the
    SM_UTIL_SHUTDOWN field in SM_UTILITY_MASTER, and for RSD this is 
    prepopulated as '0' (i.e. no need to shutdown ALL-IN-1). I checked
    back in the 1st V2.3 generation of module SM_UTILITY_MASTER_PREPOP.SCP
    and even way back then:
    	SM_UTIL_NAME = "REORGANIZE_SHARED_DIRECTORIES",-
        ...
    	SM_UTIL_SHUTDOWN = "0", -
    So, it's not the shutdown of ALL-IN-1 that is at fault, but something
    is affecting the script symbiont queue, either something done in RSD 
    itself, or something in the surrounding 'jacket' to the housekeeping 
    routine. For the moment it's got me.. but I'll run an RSd tonight here, 
    and see what happens to oa$script_english.

    After RSD:
    
    Server queue OA$SCRIPT_ENGLISH, stopped, on EARO::, mounted form DEFAULT
    
    I will investigate further when time permits...
