I have a question.
Customer is using ALL-IN-1 V2.4 and VMS 5.5-2.
MAIL delivered before was delivered again automatically without user's send
action.
Author never send the mail and document is not in outbox.
This problem occurs sometimes.
In order to solve this problem, what can i check ?

Also, did the recipient of the message who then received it again appear twice on the addressee list, maybe once as a local recipient and once as a remote recipient. The mail would be delivered to them locally straight away, but the remote one would go off into Message Router and may take a while (depending on the route it took and the configuration of the systems it passed through) to get back. Another possibility is that the sender DEFerred a message and forgot about it? Scott | |||||
